Stop chasing everyone and attract those who truly fit.
Your culture isn’t defined by your mission statement. It’s defined by the worst behavior you’re willing to tolerate.
In this interactive session, we’ll flip traditional recruiting on its head. Together, we’ll dig into:
Defining your culture: What’s historically worked and what no longer serves your vision.
The ideal teammate: Who thrives in your system? Who drains it?
Finding your people: Where your top talent spends their time and how do you build authentic relationships before you “need” them?
When to double down and when to walk away: Because not every good résumé is a good fit.
Comp plans & incentives: The risk, reward, and psychology behind motivation.
This isn’t a “how-to” it’s a “think-through.” You’ll walk away with sharper questions, clearer criteria, and a stronger strategy to recruit not just talent, but culture-fits who fuel your future.
